Hitting Lessons with Chris Merritt
Chris Merritt has an extensive resume of coaching baseball that includes 5 years of College, 13 years of High School, and has been coaching at the youth level for the last 13 years. As a trainer, Chris runs dozens of camps and clinics and has 100’s of hours of private instruction under his belt. In all, Chris has over 47 years of playing or coaching the game of baseball.

- Pair up with one teammate and do lessons at the same time for a discounted rate!
- 1 Lesson = $55 per player, per lesson.

EXPERT PITCHING LESSONS
Pitching Lessons with BJ Sabol
BJ Sabol has spent the last three years playing professionally for the Washington Wild Things in the Frontier League. Prior to pro ball, he pitched for 3 years at Indiana University where he was able to participate in two NCAA regionals and three Big Ten tournaments. He was also a two-time Academic All Big Ten selection and in 2018 was a sportsmanship award honoree. Prior to his time at Indiana University, he spent his freshman season at San Joaquin Delta College where his team participated in the state tournament and finished their season with an overall ranking of #3 in the country. During his high school career at Lake Country Lutheran, he won a state title in 2014 and was a second-team All-State pitcher along with conference and district player of the year. This is currently BJ’s third year as a pitching instructor at LCSA and we are excited for him to take over the new pitching performance program.
