We are passionate about training our athletes. Their development matters to us and we celebrate achievement. Whether it’s a junior just getting started, or a High School player chasing the dream, we are fully invested in their learning process and the results speak for themselves.

2024 Winter Camps Now Posted!

Juniors Ages 7-9

Our Junior program is designed to set the foundation for success. In addition to the fundamentals of throwing and receiving, this camp will challenge players with innovative drills that help to improve balance, agility and hand-eye coordination in a high-energy, fast-moving environment. Junior hitting will feature multiple stations that focus on specific movements and positions that help the player both understand and implement proper swing mechanics.

Wednesdays 5:00-6:00
Camp Duration: Six weeks | Winter Session Begins January 3rd
Camp Cost: $175

Juniors Pitching (age 6-8)

This camp is run by Coach Merritt and is designed to teach players a balanced and consistent delivery and give them the repetitions necessary to build confidence in their skills. These camps have a 4:1 player/coach ratio and campers all get the individual attention needed to improve.

Sundays 5:00-6:00
Camp Duration: Five weeks | Winter Session Begins January 7th
Camp Cost: $150

Little League Pitching (age 9-12)

This camp is run by Coach Merritt and is designed to teach players a balanced and consistent delivery and give them the repetitions necessary to build confidence in their skills. These camps have a 4:1 player/coach ratio and campers all get the individual attention needed to improve.

Camp Duration: Five weeks | Winter Session Begins January 7th
Camp Cost: $150

Middle School Pitching W/ Rapsodo (age 13-14)

This camp is run by Coach Merritt and is designed to improve both arm strength and pitch command. This program will incorporate Rapsodo 2January.0 to track performance and development. Each player will have their own cloud account and will be able to access their videos and throwing sessions online.

Saturdays 10:00-11:00
Camp Duration: Six Weeks| Winter Session Begins January 6th.
Camp Cost: $175

High School Pitching with Rapsodo

This 3-day per week off-season program was designed by Coach Sabol and incorporates dynamic stretching, plyometric exercises and coach run throwing sessions. Pitchers will be able to throw bullpen sessions with Coach Sabol on Tuesdays and Saturdays with Thursdays reserved for long-toss. This program will also utilize our Rapsodo 2.0 to record pitch data and further drive improvement.

Ages 15+ $700

Our Winter throwing program is 10-weeks and begins the 1st week of January

Tuesdays 5:00-8:00  |  Thursdays 5:00-8:00  |  Saturdays 12:00-1:00

Advanced Little League Fielding 12U-14U

This high-energy camp is run by Coach Merritt and is designed to teach basic glove and footwork function while challenging players to field their position with flash. Advanced focus will include throwing transition, double-play work and increasing range and reaction. First basemen will get extra work receiving throws!

Camp Duration: Six weeks | Winter Session Begins January 6th
Camp Cost: $175

Hitting Performance with Rapsodo

These small group sessions (6 players max.) are designed to maximize repetitions in a coach led format. These sessions will use the Rapsodo hit tracking system to monitor player progress. Each session has a 3:1 coach/player ratio. Players will have their own cloud account allowing them to access stats and videos from their swing sessions. Players are split into three groups: High School, 13U+ and U9-U12.

  • Winter Session Begins the week of January 8th
  • 9-12 $150 per 4-week session
    Mondays 6:00-7:00 Tuesdays 5:00-6:00 Wednesdays 6:00-7:00 Thursdays 7:00-8:00  (Full)
  • 13+ $150 per 4-week session
    Mondays 5:00-6:00 (Full) Tuesdays 6:00-7:00 Wednesdays 7:00-8:00 (Full) Fridays 5:00-6:00
